Konami has finally revealed the exact timing when Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will unlock on Steam. According to details shared by Konami, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will unlock on Steam at 12:00 am EST/9:00 pm PST.

Some of you might get confused with this new timing from Konami but this is the OFFICIAL ONE, and not the one Robert Peeler shared just a few days ago i.e. The Phantom Pain would unlock at midnight Tuesday, New Zealand time.
