On PlayStation Network, pricing for MB Coins has been spotted, it's pricey, $80 for 6000 coins and so on.

Konami has not yet confirmed any way to acquire Mother Base coins in game, but a Japanese press release suggested that there will be a daily login bonus to earn these coins.
