PSN Is Down (June 13) Worldwide, Error Message NP-31730-4 Reported, PS4, PS Vita and PS3 Are Affected Platforms



It seems like PlayStation Network is down worldwide and PlayStation 4, PS3 and PS Vita owners are finding it difficult to Sign-In. According to reports from PlayStation 4 owners, Party Chart is working fine but as soon as they try to start any game or app they are booted out of PSN with an error message: NP-31730-4.

Sony is well aware of the issue and are working on to fix it as soon as possible. Below you can check out the list of affected services due to today's PlayStation Network Outage.
