David Vonderhaar, Design Director at Treyarch has commented on fans concerns about Call of Duty: Black Ops III last-gen versions holding back PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions. Many Call of Duty series fans are worried that last-gen port of Call of Duty: Black Ops III will affect current-gen port and it will limit Treyarch's efforts of how far they can take PS4 and Xbox One versions.
David Vonderhaar has clarified via Twitter that Treyarch are completely focused on development of PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions and there won't be any compromise.
"We are focused on PS4, Xbox One, and PC but Activision announced they are work ring with other developers on last gen.
You don't have to hope. It doesn't. We are making the game for this gen; I don't even have last gen dev kits anymore."
