Bethesda has just released the Wolfenstein: The Old Blood "Minimum and Recommended" PC system requirements. If you are worried about whether or not you PC will be able to run Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, just take a deep breath and relax as the PC system requirements is not really a heavy one.
Wolfenstein: The Old Blood is a stand-alone DLC, needs 38GB hard disk space, 4GB RAM. Full details are listed below.

Processor: Intel core I5 @ 3.3 GHZ or AMD FX-8320 @ 3.5GHZ
RAM: 4GB
Graphics Card: 1 GB VRAM or more (NVIDIA Geforce GTX 560 or AMD Radeon HD 6870)

Processor: Intel core I7 @ or AMD FX-8350
RAM: 8GB RAM
